The Fine Print: Terms of Sale and Service

-Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority!
-We are happy to provide care and breeding information with every animal we sell. If you are unsure of the proper care of an animal, just ask.
-All animals are guaranteed healthy and properly sexed.
-Prices listed on our "potential offspring" main page are for the current year's hatchlings; Prices for yearlings and older snakes vary. Always check our "Available Now" page for availability and pricing.
-For payment, we prefer Paypal. We can also take postal money orders and personal checks however checks can take approximately 5 business days to clear and may delay shipping for that period of time.
-We only ship and guarantee live arrival when the temperatures at the shipper and recipient locations are each between 38 and 92 degrees fahrenheit.
-We never charge for boxing or handling. All orders are sent in styro-lined boxes. Heat and cold packs are used as necessary.
-At present, we only ship within the lower 48 United States.
-We generally ship via FEDEX Priority Overnight which is guaranteed to most locations by 10:30 am. Rural locations may have a later guaranteed delivery time.
-Shipping costs vary based on box size and weight -- small reptile shipments to most locations cost approximately $60.
-Live delivery is guaranteed when the package is accepted on FIRST delivery attempt. An unsuccessful delivery by carrier voids live arrival guarantee.
-If an animal is DOA, please retain it as we always require photographic evidence or, in some rare instances, that it be returned to us for a refund.
-We are happy to comply with requests for reasonable special terms and conditions, including shipping hatchlings "fresh out of the egg" or via other delivery services. however please understand that we will never engage in practices that endanger the lives of our animals.

We are a small private breeder and take great pride in the animals we produce and sell -- if you are dissatisfied with your animals for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving them to work out an adjustment. We are almost always willing to accept our animals back within 7 days for a cash refund.
